The CVe Monitor is an electronic mould monitoring system that tracks
moulds performance, activity and maintenance history. The CVe Monitor
gathers such specific data as:

• Cycle Time over the life of the tool
• Cycle Time over the last 25,000 cycles
• Percentage of activity versus downtime
• Downtime date ranges
• Increments where mould maintenance was performed
• Internal Flash Drive for storing mould performance reports,
  drawings, setup sheets, and more.

One can either view the data directly off the CVe or download the data via its mini USB port in order to drive comprehensive reporting available from CVe OnDemand Software.

• 7-digit display for cycle counting to 10M

• Max temperature range 90°C / 190°F

• Data can be transferred to a replacement unit, if needed
